Mirror, mirror on the wall

Interesting article from The Economist about “mirrorless cameras”, why they are “better” and yet, why they really haven’t caught on as many would have guessed (or as manufacturers would have hoped for).

The article makes the good point that the (pretty darn good) cameras on our phones have mostly killed the low end of the point and shoot market and, if you want to get into “serious” photography, you’re more likely to step up past the mirrorless cameras and go for a DSLR.
